AI on your real work, proven before it goes live.

We find where AI and agents fit in how your business actually runs, test each one on your own past cases, and put it to work with a person approving what it writes. Then you see every run and what it cost.

For owner-run companies that make or move physical products.

An agent console for order entry, week 3 live: 286 orders entered this week, 96% right first time, 2 minutes an order (was 24), $0.38 an order; four runs this morning, one of them sent to a person because the price differs from the quote.

Everyone is trying AI. Few can say what it does, or what it costs.

Pilots that never ship

A demo works on ten examples. Nobody tested it on a thousand of yours.

No one watching the runs

When an agent gets something wrong, you hear about it from a customer.

Cost nobody can see

Seats, API bills and tools add up, and no one knows what a single case costs.

Four ways we work on AI.

Each one stands on its own. Start with the one that answers your question first.

Way in

AI & automation assessment

We listen to how your work actually runs, find where AI and agents fit, show what each would cost against what it saves, prove the best one on your own past work, and hand you a priced roadmap.

What you receive

  • AI opportunity map
  • Current AI and software use
  • Agent fit scorecard
  • Cost and payback by opportunity

Project

Workflow automation

We build an AI agent that takes over one piece of repetitive work, test it on your own past cases before it goes live, and put it to work with a person approving anything it writes.

What you receive

  • Agent design and approval rules
  • Proof report

Monthly

Managed agents

We run AI agents on your work every day: we watch every run, fix what breaks, keep them accurate, and report each month the hours they handled and what each case cost.

What you receive

  • Monthly agent report
  • Run log
  • Cost per case statement
  • Runbooks

AI cost tracking

Every month, what your AI and software actually cost, who uses what, what is paid for and unused, and what it earns back.

Questions about AI & automation

No. We work under the model providers’ commercial terms, which don’t use your data to train their models. Agents start with read-only access, and every run is logged where you can see it.

How we handle your data

It is built to stop rather than guess: a case it can’t match goes to a person, and a person approves every write into your systems. When one slips through, the run log shows each step it took, so we find the cause, fix it and test the fix on your past cases before the agent runs again.

The one that does each job best for what it costs. We test the leading models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, DeepSeek and Mistral on your own cases, and when a better or cheaper one ships we test it on the same cases before we switch.

How we choose a model

No. The assessment starts with the software and AI you already pay for, and we connect to the systems you already run, read-only. If a job needs a model or a tool you don’t have, the roadmap says what it costs before you decide.

A person on your team, named for each agent. The agent prepares the work and nothing goes into your systems until that person approves it. Agents never move money.
