See where the hours go, and take them out.

We measure your core processes from your own systems, cost every run, and redesign the ones that cost you most. Then we build the small tools your team needs, and measure the hours again.

For owner-run companies that make or move physical products.

A process quality dashboard for quote to order over the last 12 weeks: 109 hours a month (was 558), $28 a run (was $142), 40 minutes a run (was 3.4 hours), rework 4.1% (was 12.6%); the hours a run drop from about 3.4 to 0.67 after the week the redesign went live.

Everyone is busy. Nobody can say where the hours go.

Measured by feel

You know quoting is slow. You don’t know it takes 3.4 hours a run, 164 times a month.

Fixed by the busiest person

Workarounds pile up in spreadsheets and inboxes, and they leave when that person does.

New tools, same steps

A new system goes in, and the same steps still get typed into it by hand.

Five ways we work on Operations.

Each one stands on its own. Start with the one that answers your question first.

Questions about Operations

Mostly not. We measure from your system records and run walkthroughs by video with the people who do the work. We work on the office processes, not the shop floor: quoting, orders, purchasing, invoices and returns.

The ones that take the most hours. At the kickoff we pick them with you, then measure each from six months of your records and cost it per run, so the ranking comes from the numbers, not from who complains loudest.

Only where a redesign changes the process, and the people who run it design the new way with us. We write the procedures, train the team at rollout and measure again 30 days later. The assessment itself changes nothing.

No. We work with the systems you already run and read from them only. When a redesign needs a setting changed, we write it down and your own admin applies it. We never write into your ERP or your books.

Each app has a named owner on your team who decides what it does. You get its spec, a user guide and a handover, and we keep it running with monthly upkeep. It reads from your systems and lives outside them, so your ERP and books never depend on it.
