These terms govern your use of cornermarkpartners.com (the “site”), operated by [Cornermark legal entity] (“Cornermark”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Our services to clients are provided under a signed master services agreement and statement of work, which govern that work. If those documents conflict with these terms, they control.
1. The site is information, not advice
The site describes our services and how we work. Nothing on it is accounting, financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and you should not act on it without advice that fits your situation. Examples, figures, and descriptions of results are illustrative and are not a promise of any outcome for your business.
Using the site, sending us a message, or booking a call does not make you our client and does not create any professional relationship or duty. That happens only when we both sign an engagement agreement.
2. What we are and are not
Cornermark provides finance operations services: monthly close, account reconciliations, management reporting, cash forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
Cornermark is not a CPA firm. We do not perform audits, reviews, or other attest services. We do not express opinions or give any form of assurance on financial statements. We do not prepare tax returns or give tax advice or tax opinions. If you need those services, you should engage a licensed CPA firm or tax adviser; we are glad to work alongside yours.
Our work is done by our people, using software and AI tools. Responsibility for the work we deliver to clients sits with us, as set out in our engagement agreements.
3. What you send us
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information, such as financial records, account details, or passwords, through the contact form or booking page. Information you send through the site is not treated as confidential client information, and receiving it does not stop us from working with anyone else. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Using the site
You may browse the site and print or save pages for your own reference or for your company’s internal evaluation of our services. You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it works;
- use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to copy content from the site in bulk, including to train AI models;
- submit false information or impersonate anyone; or
- send spam, malware, or other harmful material through the contact form or booking page.
5. Our content
The site and its content, including text, graphics, design, and the Cornermark name and logo, belong to Cornermark or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Apart from the limited use in section 4, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse them without our written permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions about the site, we may use them without obligation to you.

Call booking is handled by a third-party scheduling service, and the site may link to other websites. We do not control those services or sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Cornermark will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim arising from the site or these terms is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these limits, so they may not all apply to you. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to services provided under a signed engagement agreement, which sets its own terms.
9. Governing law
